Hi all!
If you've tested KMobileTools, and your phones seems to work well, please post here your model, followed by configuration settings and problems, if present.
That are mines:
Motorola C350 and Motorola C650
Settings: Motorola
Problems: no relevant problems found.
SonyEricsson Z600 works fine :)
Hi there,
months ago, I ordered a USB data cable (US$ 2 plus shipping on the web).
From time to time I tried different modes and apps in order to make use of it. I failed to transfer pictures via bluetooth to my laptop.
But yesterday, I managed to connect to /dev/ttyUSB0 by means of KMobileTools (Debian Testing+Backports). Starting the software as root, I could sync my phonebook, read and write SMS, and even control calls.
Great work! I will continue recommending this app. We should try to collect a white (and a black) list for supported phones :)
P.S.: The cable is tagged "K700" and also allows me to charge the phone via USB.
