I´m trying to connect my E65 via USB

Hello i´m trying to connect my Nokia E65 via USB.
Kmobiletools detects the battery and signal level but not more.
Wammu finds the mobile but it also dont downloads the SMS ore Contacts.
What could be the Problem???

Wammu detects my E65 with the following configuration:
System: /dev/ttyACM0 (sometimes ttyACM1)
Connection: at19200
Modell: auto
It also detects that this device is a Nokia E65 after Phone auto seek.
If i want to download my Contact this errormessage comes:
