Unfortunately Ubuntu kdebluetooth ships without the required headers, therefore kmobiletools can't be built against it.
You can however use unofficial kdebluetooth builds, like the ones find in this repository: http://download.tuxfamily.org/3v1deb.
It also contains the kmobiletools package, but i higly suggest to use the lastest one compiling from source with debugging information enabled, you will find the source files in our Downloads Page
